Summary: Mrs Harriet Powell (nee de San Miguel) and husband Frank with their four children. Frank Edmond Powell was the half-brother of Walter Powell, who opened the Coogee Hotel in 1898. Their father, Edwin Powell, was a convict transported from London in 1866, who remarried in Fremantle and had Frank and his sister Grace. Frank and Harriet married in 1901, so this photograph was probably taken in around 1907-8. Harriet's sister Agnes de San Miguel (front right) married Frederick's nephew George in 1910.
