Summary: The Jandakot Agricultural Hall was built in 1898, and became an important meeting place for the isolated settlers of the Jandakot district. The wraparound verandah seen here in July 1903 was added sometime in 1902, as photographs from the previous year's Agricultural Show clearly show it without any additions. The banner refers to the constant Jandakot concern, the Fremantle-Armadale railway, and was put up for the benefit of the Premier's visit to Jandakot.
