Notes: Two women and a man stand outside a paperbark hut on the shore of Thompson's Lake, circa 1890. Tables and cooking equipment lean on one side of the hut, and a low brick structure is built nearby. The road between the house and the lake is well fenced, suggesting agricultural cultivation.
